The TRAN Committee will welcome for the first time Ms Maja
Markovčić Kostelac, newly-appointed Executive Director of European
Maritime Safety agency (EMSA), soon after she took up her duties on
1 January 2019. Ms Maja Markovčić Kostelac joins the Agency after
having been State Secretary for Croatia’s Ministry of the Sea,
Transport and Infrastructure since 2016. EMSA is one of the
agencies falling under the responsibilities of TRAN
Committee.
The exchange of views will take place on 20 February 2019 at
11.15 in room PHS 1A2 from where it will be webstreamed.
The Romanian Minister for Tourism, Mr Bogdan Trif, will
present the priorities of the Romanian Presidency on tourism for
the first half of 2019. The presentation will take place on
Wednesday 20 February 2019 from 09.00 in the Paul Henri Spaak
building, room PHS 1A2, and will be webstreamed.
